It has been our privilege to provide exemplary medical care to you, with the providers and staff of The Women’s Practice ( TWP), since October 2006. It’s time to start a new chapter in our medical careers, thus on March 31, 2023 we will be closing The Women’s Practice. We will continue to provide compassionate and comprehensive womens health care in new locations ,while maintaining our affiliation to Northwestern Memorial and Prentice Womens Hospitals.
Please review providers listed below and you will be able to get more detailed information about their new practice. You will also be able to approve the transfer of your medical records to your provider in their new location. You can also ask for your medical records, by button the ibelow, to be released to you directly if you are not planning to continue care with our providers.

Lake Shore Obstetrics & Gynecology, offers a full range of obstetrics and gynecology services from your initial exam, to childbirth and through menopause and beyond. We will continue to provide the highest level of care with compassion and competence in our new location. All of the providers at Lake Shore Obstetrics and Gynecology hold faculty positions with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. This allows our doctors to offer state-of-the-art care to our patients and participate within one of the nation’s top OBGYN programs. Our new office, has a city and western suburban location:
