At any time if you have the following, contact the office or doctor on call:

  • Increased vaginal bleeding (i.e. changing a sanitary pad more than every 1-2 hours)
  • Temperature over 100.4 F
  • Malodorous vaginal discharge
  • Uninterrupted nausea and vomiting, particularly if you are unable to tolerate fluids for more than 4-6 hours
  • Pain that doesn’t remit or reduce with the medication given to you
  • Drainage of fluid from your incision sites
  • Inability to urinate comfortably
  • Unable to have a bowel movement for more than 48hours
